In order to prevent flywheel shell from cracking, the following points should be paid attention to in use and maintenance:
1. The static balance of crankshaft and flywheel and the balance of flywheel and clutch pressure plate assembly should be checked according to the technical requirements during maintenance. Attention should be paid not to overload, install fewer or misfit balance blocks.
2. Install flywheel, clutch and flywheel housing in strict accordance with technical requirements to ensure that the concentricity of flywheel center line, crankshaft center line, flywheel shell center line and transmission first axis is within the allowable range.
3. When installing the flywheel housing, the quasi-positioning pin should be used. The interface between the flywheel housing and the body should be flat. The fixed bolt of the flywheel housing should be made of alloy steel. The head of the bolt should be marked with a casting ring, and the bolt should be tightened alternately according to the specified sequence and torque.
4. When crankshaft bearing clearance and crankshaft axial movement are too large, the main bearing and thrust plate should be checked or replaced and adjusted.
5. When assembling transmission shafts, attention should be paid to the arrow marks, and no misalignment should be installed so as to avoid dithering. The bending of transmission shafts should be adjusted and the bearings and cross shafts should be replaced when wear and tear is loose.
6. Engine support should be firm and reliable. Connection bolts should be tightened if loose. Support cushion should be replaced if cracked, deformed or elastic weakened.
7. Check regularly the fastening conditions of the transmission system and flywheel housing bolts. If loose, tighten them in time.
8. Drive strictly according to the operating rules, avoid overspeed and overload, and pay attention to driving safety.
